How we run a project

1. Intro call. 30 minutes. We see if we're a fit.
2. Written brief. We send a short proposal — scope, price, timeline.
3. Kickoff. One day, in person where possible.
4. Weekly memos. Every Friday, in writing, with what changed.
5. Handoff. Everything we built, plus a final memo on what we'd do next.
